Each day will build on the previous day’s schedule.

Meditation – Practice mindfulness and balance.
Insanity/P90X/Yoga Workouts – Get fit and channel more energy. Workouts are optional, but participants who complete all 5 workout days receive a SURVIVOR Retreat t-shirt.
Breakfast – Prepared by the on-camp chef.
Spinning Technique – Learn proper body alignment and build awareness of your core.
Movement & Isolations – Learn body isolations, rumba and Afro-Cuban fundamentals.
Styling/Movement – Separate styling and isolation techniques for Followers and Leaders.
Musicology Hour – Learn music theory and how to play the instruments.
Lunch – Prepared by the on-camp chef.
Beach/Siesta – Beach is a 5-min walk from camp!
Or Take Privates, Massage, Practice on site.
Footwork and Shines – Build your technique and expression. Split Stages. Classes rotate between Masacote Tribe of Coaches.
Partner Work and Styling – Learn the Masacote philosophies behind following and leading. Learn how to style without interrupting the lead and how to lead without overpowering the follower. Split Stages. Classes rotate between Masacote Tribe of Coaches.
Cool Down/Videotape – Stretch and videotape what was taught throughout the day.
Practice – Practice or free time.
Dinner – Prepared by the on-camp chef.
Free Time
Hot Chocolate Hour – Special group lectures and discussions each day.
Free Time -Break and enjoy the camp!
Schedule is subject to change. During free times, you are welcome to practice on your own in the studio (unlimited access at any time of day), visit the beach, play some basketball, lounge on the camp swings, or just relax.
